Bruno "⁠BIT⁠" Fukuda Lima's troops topped the FiReLEAGUE Latin Power Spring qualifier to secure their berth.

9z have qualified for the BLAST Premier Spring Showdown after emerging victorious from the FiReLEAGUE Latin Power grand final, taking down Durany 2-1 to earn $25,000 and book a ticket to the 16-team tournament, where the likes of Astralis, Liquid, and Vitality will compete in a single-elimination, best-of-three bracket for two spots at the BLAST Premier Spring Finals.

BIT and company received an invite to compete in the Latin Power qualifier, securing wins over Leviatan and fellow invitees Coscu Army in the group stage before booking a spot in the grand final following a semi-final victory over Malvinas.

Durany, who earned a spot in the closed qualifier through the open stage, had a dream run as they took down Isurus, Malvinas, and Meta Academy en route to the grand final, which they kicked off in good form as they scored a 16-11 map win on Inferno against 9z.

The all-Argentine squad were unable to convert their initial edge into a series victory however, with 9z answering back on their pick of Nuke, 16-10, before prevailing in a tense overtime affair on Dust2 to narrowly scrape a win and book their ticket to the Showdown.
